Long-term cooperation cases with clients in Russia

One February morning, we received a call from Russia, asking for information about our company and our business. He said he got recommendation from his friend, one of our existing customer, wanted to know more about us. Since then, we have been in stable cooperation for almost 4 years.

This friend name Mr. Roman told us that his company were doing repair contracts with many mining companies in the Far East, want to find someone who is professional and trust-able partner in Cummins engine spare parts. Of course, our company as authorized dealer, familiar with his market and established trust among his friends, won his trust in the next few weeks.

Through our close communication, we knew that his company had just started the dealership of KMP brand, an European widely-known brand dealing in heavy construction engine spare parts. His most clients were using Cummins engine powered equipments, such as Komatsu, Hyundai, Atlas copco, especially for Cummins engine models 4B3.9, 6B5.9, 6C8.3, QSB & QSC. KMP could provide most part for him, but he found that many parts are much higher-priced comparing to his competitors. Since his company got information from one friend, he was in hurry to contact with us.

Of course, they found us, the right partner for their company. We have been supplying all these parts original, best priced, quick delivery and warranted. After about half a year, we expanded our cooperation into more power full engine models, such as NTA855, KTA19, KTA38, KTA50 and QSM11, for bulldozers, mining trucks, drill rigs and power gensets. When we got authorization on engine completes, he immediately started cooperation in this aspects.

Now, his company has gown at least 3 times bigger, and established 5 more working shops, as well as the development of our company. As the value of our company goes, we have always been accompanying our partners to grow up.
